On Friday 25th October  Ludlow Male Voice Choir presented a medley of choral pieces  singing at Ludlow Brewery,  and £150 from the proceeds of the concert has since been donated to The League of Friends of Ludlow Hospital.

This talented Choir entertained their audience in the congenial surroundings of Ludlow Brewery where a musical evening featured much-loved artists including The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, and Elvis Presley, plus songs from West End musicals  “Chess”  and “Les Miserables”, and the beautiful Welsh Hymn “Gwahoddiad”, the Canon Lan and Myfanwy.

Thanking the choir, League Chairman Peter Corfield said  "It was a very kind of you and your members to think of our charity and to help us raise much needed funds in such an enjoyable way!  Together with the raffle and sales of Christmas Cards etc the evening raised a total just in excess of £300.  We have had many very positive comments and much praise for the Choir from members of the public who attended the Concert and they speak particularly highly of the varied program and the talent of the Choir members".
